💡 Hey, it’s May! Here are some tips on how to use this guide 😊

 1. First, duplicate the template by clicking the 3 dots on the top right corner of page to your notion page (it’s free to sign up).
 2. Click through each toggle (black triangle) and fill in your answers/create more questions for yourself. I’ve separated them into competency-based questions or clinical-based questions for ease, but bear in mind they could ask you anything. The main thing is they want to get to know you! I have linked some good reflection models to use as a framework to answer questions if you are struggling.
 3. Practice doing mock interviews with friends or family members. But don’t rehearse your answers, you don’t want to sound like you are reading from a script. The answers should come more naturally.
 4. Try to figure out why they are asking you a specific question, and use every opportunity to provide evidence to them you have that ‘skill’ required for your role.
 5. Lastly, this is purely based on personal experience to serve as a guide, so make sure you ‘do your own homework’ as well! I believe in you, you got this. 😊 - May xx
